RESERVATION POLICY
PRICES: Prices refer to overnight bookings and include taxes
DEPOSITS: For the reservation to be valid, a 30% advance payment is required on the total amount of the reservation. The commissions of the banks transferring the amount are charged to the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made via email. After a reservation is confirmed by the accommodation and then canceled by the customer, the following applies
A) If the cancellation is made 21 days before the reservation, the deposit is returned.
B) If cancellation is made during the stay, the customer is obliged to compensate with 50% of the value of the remaining days of the agreed period.
